    The speed limit on S Morgan Drive need to be reduced & monitored! I have been on the street for over 10 years, and it's like a drag race street for people cutting through from 4th to Main & back. Also, we need at least one more speed limit sign on the street. You cannot see the one at 4th & S Morgan at all. You can put the sign in my front yard if you want. There are kids, old people, and disabled people that live on this street. Please help us out! Speed bumps need to be installed.
